provides SEASONAL community service programs
FREE of charge at our outdoor facility.
Before the horse the helmet ... EVERY TIME ... EVERY RIDE.
Family Therapeutic Saddle Club (TSC):
May, June, September and October - private lessons one day-one hour per week
Children are served in three programs depending upon their individual functioning needs in their horsemanship skills and balance in riding their horse.
* TSC-3: Child requires a team of 3 consisting of 1 Horse Leader and 2 Sidewalkers riding with adult supervision.
* TSC-2: Child requires a team of 2 consisting of 1 Horse Leader and 1 Sidewalker riding with adult supervision.
* TSC-1: Child requires a team of 1 Horse leader with adult supervision.
With the ultimate goal of b u i l d i n g strong Horsemanship and Riding skills in this progressive learning program which will ultimately lead to ... Independent Riding under supervision.

Requirements: Mild-moderate physical disabilities, are able to sit independently with out special seating aide saddles, have no loud outbursts in sound or running due to safety around the horses. The age of the child is not a factor but the size and weight are.

Program Description: Bible Time, Horsemanship and Riding according to child's individual needs.

Procedure prior to Enrollment-Scheduling:
1. Invited to
tour facility (30 minutes) and submit
application during the
spring, summer or
fall. Visit about the program best suited for your child's individual needs and program availability.
2. After tour receive: Enrollment Forms, discuss scheduling availability and parent participation. Lastly you will be given a Physician Release Form
for Physician to complete to decide if program is suitable for child.
3. Submit forms and review scheduling or
waiting list based upon volunteer availability Tuesday-Friday with seasonal hours.

Family Saddle Club:
March-April and July-August
One day a week for two hours, parent(s) volunteer along side youth, age 10 and older, after school or early evening. Receiving Beginning Horsemanship-Riding training to help be peer models with children who have mild-moderate special needs during the next scheduled TSC program.
