Therapeutic Saddle Club (TSC) Tuesday Field Trips:

JAKES Club's Therapeutic Saddle Club is opening Tuesday afternoons up to group horsemanship-horseback riding (2 riders) for the special needs community!  We are introducing our Field Trip concept to support groups & learning institutions throughout the K. C. metropolitan area.

The program will be fashioned after our safe private programs but in the form of group riding which will allow us to serve more children.  There is no enrollment commitment as with the TSC 3-2-1 program. Simply call the number below to schedule your Tuesday afternoon Field Trip. Print the application from the document page and come on out to New Beginnings horse farm.

Upon arriving the parent will submit application and fill out riding release forms. The fun then begins at the barn and ends with horseback riding and riding games! The program will continue to be free of charge, last approximately 1 - 2 hours and be open to children with minimum needs. There is a maximum of eight (8) riders per Tuesday, riding in shifts of two. Riders are invited to stay after their ride or leave when they are done.

The Field Trip concept will have open scheduling on each Tuesday during May, June, September and October.  This will be a one time ride for TSC children and are always invited back during the next seasonal program.

The most important thing is to allow the children a fun, safe afternoon at the farm with horses! Remembering we are an outdoor facility, dress accordingly, no opened toe shoes and rainout's will be rescheduled for another available Tuesday.
